Position : Product Development Engineer Location : Kolkata Experience : Minimum 07 Years Qualification : Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or Computer Science, a Master's Working Days : Mon-Fri Shift : 9:30 AM till 6:30 PM Position Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled Product Developer to lead the development and optimization of our AI enabled technology platform, serving both B2B and B2C healthcare markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US healthcare product management, experience with customer-facing applications, and a proven track record of driving product innovation and growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage market insights, competitive analysis, and best practices to consistently shape and deliver on the product roadmap. Requirements : - Over 8 years of experience required is Product Development - Candidates from Startups or Small/Mid-Size Startups/Organisations with ~500 to 800 Headcount are preferred Job Stability : Average Tenure in One Organisation = 2.5 to 3 Years - Hands-On Development experience on Technologies such as LLM, AI/ML, GENAI, Prompt engineering, OPE AI, ChatGPT, Gemini. - Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for our AI-enabled B2B2C platform - Leadership in prompt engineering, hybrid design evaluation, and making critical functional design decisions to drive market-leading innovation. - Hands-on coding and development experience in any programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, C/C++, PHP, JavaScript, etc (Anyone Language). - 2/3 Years exposure to B2B/B2C/SaaS based Healthcare Startup Environment. - B2B and B2C US healthcare markets/Products or any Software Product Startups. - Hands-on product Development experience & Owned a Product from Scratch. - Candidate must either be from Kolkata or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
