Product Development Manager

Job Description

You will primarily take charge of International Projects, operating globally. You are responsible for gathering client requirements, analysing them and defining the process flow of the project accordingly. You are also in charge of planning and resource management and are accountable for the end to end delivery of the project. You are the primary point of contact to the client and should continuously monitor client satisfaction to build a good relationship with the client and ensure the successful delivery of the project. You are in charge of managing teams which include developers, Technical Leads, Solution Architects, UI Designers You shall be willing to travel to international client locations for business meetings and project execution What you need to bring: Exceptional skills in Project Handling, Team Management and Conflict Management Outstanding problem solving skills and analytical acumen. Exceptional communication skills in english (fluency in written and spoken) Mindset that strives for real technical excellence Exceptional clarity & speed of thought Ability to adapt and take right decisions in sync with the expectations of the client Inspiring leadership abilities International market exposure to handle EU and US based clients
