Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead the design process, from concept to finished product, for a wide range of jewellery collections Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and consumer preferences Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with business objectives and brand strategy Manage a team of junior designers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow professionally Create technical drawings and specifications to communicate design details to manufacturers Participate in product development meetings and provide input on manufacturing feasibility, cost, and quality Evaluate designs against quality standards and ensure timely delivery within budget
