Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Zoetic Ayurvedics to help us drive product awareness, sales, and market share. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Develop and execute product marketing strategies and plans to drive product growth, market penetration, and brand visibility. Sales Force Training: Develop and deliver product-specific training programs to the sales force, ensuring that they have a deep understanding of our pharmaceutical products and are well-equipped to communicate the value propositions to healthcare professionals. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges, and use this information to shape marketing strategies. Campaigns and Promotional Activities: Create compelling, data-driven product marketing campaigns and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, webinars, and other activities to engage with healthcare professionals. Content Creation: Generate high-quality marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, brochures, and digital content to support sales efforts. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.
