Job Description

We’re building autonomous recruiter agents that replace traditional hiring workflows — from sourcing to interviews — powered by real-time voice and LLM-based AI. Clients like KPMG, Caterpillar, and Marelli use our platform to cut hiring time from 5 months to 2 weeks. We're looking for a sharp, execution-driven Product Intern to help us improve the accuracy, behavior, and reliability of our AI agents (Nancy for voice screening, Alex for technical interviews). What You'll Do Analyze interview transcripts and voice call outputs to identify breakdowns or hallucinations Work with the product and engineering teams to refine agent prompts, scoring logic, and fallback flows Create structured eval benchmarks to track improvement in agent quality over time Collaborate on designing internal tools for testing and prompt iteration Monitor edge cases and work with data teams to flag problematic input scenarios Propose UX/product tweaks to make the AI interviewer more robust and human-like What We're Looking For Sharp analytical thinking and obsession with user experience Familiarity with ChatGPT, GPT-4, or other LLM-based products Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration cycles Bonus: Experience working with prompt engineering or AI agents Bonus: Previous exposure to recruiting or hiring workflows What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience building and improving real-world AI products Close mentorship from founders and the product/engineering team Visibility into how AI agents are deployed in enterprise use cases A chance to deeply influence how real AI gets shipped in production Show more Show less
