Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex EdTech projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Implement and manage Agile and Scrum practices , including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Coordinate with cross-functional teams comprising developers, designers, educators, and content specialists to drive project success. Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello for effective tracking, reporting, and communication. Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and ensure timely issue resolution. Communicate progress and key updates to internal and external stakeholders. Manage budgets, resources, and project documentation in compliance with organizational standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of project management experience , with at least 3 years in the EdTech sector . Strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies; Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP certification preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams. Sound understanding of EdTech platforms , LMS systems, authoring tools, and assessment technologies. Proficiency in project management tools ( Jira, Asana, Confluence, MS Project , etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of translating technical requirements into business outcomes. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical capabilities. Bachelors degree in Technology, Education, Business , or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Desirable: Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or the K–12/higher education ecosystem. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, gamification , and their application in education.
