Our Client a Financial Services Organisation needs - Post : Product Manager EV Lending Innovation Location : Andheri E, Mumbai Experience : 2 Years Qualification : MBA in Finance Salary : 12 LPA About the Role: Our Client is looking for a Product Manager EV Lending Innovation to develop and scale innovative financing solutions for Electric Vehicles (EVs) . This role will focus on designing and implementing new lending products, leveraging green finance, risk assessment models, and digital lending platforms to enhance EV adoption and affordability. Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative financing models for EVs, including structured loans, leasing, and pay-per-use models. Identify market gaps and customer pain points in EV financing to create tailored lending solutions. Collaborate with banks, NBFCs, fintech partners, and OEMs to build strategic lending partnerships. Explore carbon credit incentives, green bonds, and sustainability-linked lending models . Integrate AI-driven risk assessment and alternative credit scoring to expand EV financing accessibility. Work closely with regulatory bodies to align lending products with government EV policies and incentives . Track product performance, optimize lending processes, and implement data-driven decision-making . Key Requirements: 2 years of experience in product management, lending, fintech, or EV financing. Strong understanding of EV ecosystem, green finance, and digital lending models. Experience in developing credit risk frameworks and innovative loan products. Ability to analyze market trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapes. Proficiency in working with lenders, fintech companies, and alternative credit models. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
