Product Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team responsible for improving it. This is a pivotal role that combines strategy, design, technology, and marketing to drive product innovation and deliver value to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Analyze product performance and iterate based on feedback and data. Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar. Preferred Qualifications: Experience of working in SaaS would be big plus Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics). Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
