Key Responsibilities: Drive Product Strategy : Develop and execute plans for product improvements and new features. Work towards both short-term goals and long-term product roadmaps. Cross-functional Collaboration : Coordinate with hardware engineering, marketing, tech development, software, supply chain, manufacturing, etc. Work with senior management to influence key decisions. Market & Technology Insights : Analyze market trends and competitor actions. Use insights to refine product strategy and set priorities. Lifecycle Management : Oversee all phases of a products lifecyclefrom design and development to launch and maintenance. Leadership and Process Improvement : Lead by example, drive accountability, and improve internal processes. Promote innovation and cost efficiency. Experience : 10+ years with a bachelors degree, OR 8+ years with a masters, OR 5+ years with a PhD, OR Equivalent experience. Required Skills: Familiarity with semiconductor equipment and possibly direct experience at customer fabs (fabrication plants). Deep expertise in your field and broad understanding of related disciplines. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to present complex ideas clearly and convincingly. Problem-solving skills to handle complex, high-impact issues. Experience leading complex, high-risk projects. Preferred Skills: Understanding of product management best practices and integration with other functions. Knowledge of market competition and differentiating factors. Broad business process knowledge and awareness of regulatory/compliance issues.
