Job Description

Designation: Product Manager- Insurance Function/ Department: Insurance Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Job Responsibilities: Responsible for leading and managing the insurance team in providing exceptional customer service and quality insurance solutions. The role requires deep knowledge of the insurance industry, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. What are we looking for? Involve in Insurance sales, compliance, IRDAI reporting, team licensing, New Business Alliances, Registration of Claims, Premium payments, Product Mix Promotion, Settling of claims, medical coordination with TPA and Insurers, Group employee benefit policies, Company assets policy, Money Insurance, Fidelity Insurance. Administering audit requirements as per the regulatory guidelines and filing reports to the IRDA and partner insurance companies. Manage and supervise the insurance team and ensure that all customer inquiries and requests are responded to promptly and accurately. Develop and implement insurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Monitor and analyse changes in the insurance industry and make recommendations to senior management. Negotiate with insurance providers to secure competitive rates for the company. Provide guidance and mentorship to the insurance team and ensure that all staff are properly trained and understand company policies. Liaise with other departments to identify potential risks and provide solutions. Analyse data to identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks. Prepare reports and presentations to keep the management team informed of the status of our insurance policies. Provide guidance and advice on insurance-related matters. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints. Must Have: In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations and industry trends Good understanding for overseeing development and implementation of our company's insurance policies, ensuring our customers are adequately protected with the right coverage. Academics: Qualifications : Min. Bachelors degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field Computer Skill : Good working knowledge on MS office in words, Excel, Personal Attribute 8+ years of experience in insurance industries In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations and industry trends Exposure to handle multiple insurance companies for smooth transition. Excellent interpersonal skill to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work on own initiative, Excellent Time Management. Ability to analyse and interpret data and make recommendations accordingly.
