Job Title: Business Manager Procurement & Sales (Laptops & Accessories) Location: Chennai Experience: 2+ years Industry: Retail (Laptops & Accessories) Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Manager with expertise in procurement and sales for laptops and accessories in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, vendor management, sales strategy, and revenue growth while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for laptops and accessories. Build strong vendor relationships to ensure best pricing, quality, and timely supply . Monitor inventory levels , demand forecasting, and stock replenishment. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and cost control measures . Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies. Work closely with sales teams and retail outlets to drive product sales. Ensure competitive pricing and promotions to boost sales performance. Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Design and execute marketing campaigns and product launches. Improve customer engagement through innovative retail strategies. Operations & Team Management: Lead and mentor sales and procurement teams for operational efficiency. Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams for efficient supply chain management . Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and procurement goals to drive business growth. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in procurement and sales within the retail industry (laptops & accessories preferred). Strong understanding of product sourcing, vendor negotiations, and pricing strategies . Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies for technology products. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making .
