We're simultaneously building - Digital communication products (video, chat and call consultations with Doctors) Ecommerce products (medicine delivery) Hyperlocal products (Lab tests @ Home) Transactions tools (for all healthcare transactions) Booking of services (for in clinic doctor consultations) Data security, data science stack (NLP, imaging, video, audio based data problems and data analytics) B2B stack (for large corporates to provide healthcare to employees and large insurers to provide healthcare services to policyholders) We like to work with people who make product decisions with a thorough understanding of user needs as well as being well informed on data and the business context. As a Product Manager you will work closely with the Engineering, Design, Business and Operations team, enabling them by providing scalable and high-quality technology solutions at a fast paced environment. What will you do at Medibuddy? Part of the core team that defines business goals, creates product strategy, design roadmap for one of our business lines. Identify and build the growth levers that can unlock new growth trajectory. Define success metrics for your product area, and drive alignment for all product efforts to those measures. Always be testing! You will create hypotheses for new features, analyze results, and iterate. Collaborate with other product managers, engineers, designers, sales, marketing, legal, analytics and do everything (defining requirements, prioritizing, testing, writing copy, tracking metrics etc.) to ship high quality products Experience with sprint management: Timely creation of PRDs, assisting technology team in understanding product requirements, timely feature releases and proper documentation Bring in independent thought, challenge conventional approaches, and identify opportunities to drastically simplify ways of doing things using technology Self-driven, like to work fairly independently, and drive progress without needing constant oversight or direction Track, report and optimize all relevant metrics for business. What makes you a match for us? 2-3 years of solid PM experience ( Not Product Analyst experience) Experience in a startup environment is a plus Body of work Some experience in conversion or retention use cases is a plusExcellent in execution Some experience in e-commerce /marketplaces will be helpful Proficient in user based research and tools Note : Body of work ( at least one or two concrete examples ) should be deep and not broad - Meaning going deep into problem solving ( can be evaluated in interviews) Data driven decision making Understanding of tech systems in general for managing pods Stakeholder management
