Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute product strategies for products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, including brand management, marketing, sales, and medical affairs. Manage product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, driving growth through innovative solutions and effective communication. Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform product decisions and optimize performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the product development process. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in Brand Management, Strong understanding of PMT (Product Management Tool) principles and ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of successful product launches with excellent project management skills.
