In the product development division, you will manage the ERP & EPM product potrtfolio for India from an outbound product management perspective and drive new application services launches. You will also support revenue objectives acting as key Product Development sponsor for the region for the product line. Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality to Oracles customer base Support application services launch by actively recruiting customers, ensuring successful roll-out and making customers references Achieve revenue objectives through active participation in deal cycles, sales and customer support Gather and analyse information from customers to define product specifications and review design specifications Review and ensure quality of product collateral Train the field and partners on product Job Responsibilities: Engaging with India field management and field business development organizations in determining success strategies for Oracles customer base for ERP & EPM Developing the regional Oracle ERP & EPM product strategy Initiating and fostering relationships between product management and product strategy groups of Oracle’s product development organization and Oracle’s Indian customers Driving bidirectional transfer of information between Oracle’s Indian customers, the field, and the development organization Driving quarterly operations review summits between the field and development Delivering future-oriented ERP & EPM product roadmap briefings to customers, partners and regional Oracle personnel Collecting and prioritizing regional ERP & EPM product requirements Job Requirements You should be an ERP & EPM domain expert (primarily in Finance) for ERP Cloud services and understand how ERP integrates with other Oracle Applications. Through extensive work with customers, you’ll have a detailed knowledge of how customers implement ERP & EPM processes. You’ll be educated to at least degree level preferably with a masters degree with proven experience of enterprise software, including ERP, and have managerial experience You should have an excellent understanding of the software applications development cycle, preferably through working within development or a related discipline You should have a professional accounting certification with a successful track record in implementing Oracle ERP Cloud and have a deep understanding of best practice processes in relation to fundamental design concepts (enterprise structure, chart of accounts, etc).
