Job Description

Role & responsibilities Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the given product lines. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales & Distribution to develop new business. Develop and maintain marketing roadmaps, product roadmaps and communicate these to both internal stakeholders and customers. To Align with Business Division Direction and develop regular interactions / reviews with them to ensure healthy pipeline of new projects/new Business Timely review & reporting of New Business pipeline and Product Management reports. Must be a strong Team Player to contribute to overall success of the Group, must be individual contributor who takes ownership and works with minimal supervision Show Active participation to Organization common objectives for the Personal Development To play a Leadership role in Product Management and guide team on their performance Ready to travel 25% (North India, Soth India & West India) Must have a valid passport (for overseas travel) Preferred candidate profile Product Management - Capacitor, Battery & Circuit Components Product Sales Growth - Capacitor, Battery & Circuit components Competitor Product Knowledge Product Promotion Behavioural Competencies: Strong Business Acumen Define Product Strategy and Implementation Product Promotion and Digital Activity Product knowledge (Power Electronics, Passive components & Sensor) Team Management & Cross Selling Skills Good MS Office tools skills EXCEL, PRESENTATION, etc Good MS Office tools skills – EXCEL, PRESENTATION, etc
