Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership: Act as the central point of contact for all product initiatives across Website, App, and CRM platforms. Development Management: Collaborate with our external development agency to manage timelines, deliverables, and ensure high-quality execution. Sprint Planning & Execution: Use Jira to plan, track, and manage sprint activities. Ensure tasks are aligned with business priorities and delivered on time. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, sales, and customer support to gather requirements and ensure product features meet business goals. User Feedback Integration: Liaise with the CRM (user) team to collect and analyze end-user feedback, and translate it into actionable product improvements. Cross-functional Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to drive alignment and resolve blockers. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of requirements, product roadmaps, and status updates.
