Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven product manager to lead the development, launch, and lifecycle management of our medical/surgical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, regulatory requirements, and product commercialization in the surgical or medical devices domain. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and positioning aligned with company goals and market needs. Market Research & VOC (Voice of Customer): Conduct market analysis, gather competitive intelligence, and interact with healthcare professionals to identify opportunities. Product Development: Collaborate with R&D, engineering, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to guide product development from concept to launch. Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure products meet local and international regulatory standards (FDA, CE, ISO 13485, MDR, etc.). Launch & Marketing Support: Lead go-to-market planning, create product training materials, and support sales and marketing teams with tools and insights. Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement or product updates. Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, QA/RA, clinical affairs, and supply chain. Documentation & Training: Prepare and review technical documentation, clinical evidence summaries, and user manuals. Deliver training to sales and clinical teams. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred) 3–7 years of experience in product management in medical/surgical device industry Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDA, CE, ISO, MDR) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Exceptional communication and presentation abilities Experience working with surgeons, clinicians, and hospitals is a plus Willingness to travel as required for field visits, customer interactions, and trade shows
