You will work closely with senior product leaders, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions to our clients. This role requires familiarity with the US healthcare industry and a proven track record of managing successful software products. Responsibilities : Strategy and Vision Collaborate with senior product leaders to define the product roadmap, priorities, and milestones. Translate the companys vision into actionable product features and enhancements. Lead planning sessions to align on delivery timelines and new functionalities. Maintain a prioritized product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives. Research and Analysis Conduct market and user research to identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities for innovation. Analyse market trends, competitor offerings where applicable, and customer feedback to refine product strategies. Monitor and report on key performance metrics for product success. Product Development and Execution Work closely with the engineering team to deliver product features on time and with high quality. Write clear and detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to support agile development practices. Ensure product deliverables meet user needs and align with company goals. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for assigned products. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to define product go-to-market strategies. Conduct product demos and gather feedback from stakeholders to improve the product. Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams to address roadblocks and align priorities. Qualifications Bachelors degree in a technical or business-related field (advanced degree is a plus). 5+ years of total experience with 3+ years in product management, preferably in the US healthcare sector with SaaS products. Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and backlog management tools such as JIRA, Rally, Aha. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences. Familiarity with user-centered design principles and customer-centric product development. Some knowledge of Figma, or other UX tools. Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience working with engineering teams to define, build, and launch software products.
