Job Description

Purpose of Position Partner with Sales team in the organization to uplift marketing function by implementation & execution of key marketing activities, running campaigns etc. Key Accountabilities Define, develop and execute product marketing strategies within the product line and marketing function, consistent with overall business objectives. 2. Manage a product portfolio by working with all stakeholders to establish and support product portfolio strategies, business plans and key initiatives. 3. Crafting all Marketing strategies, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creatives 4. Identify Market Trends, Key Thought Leaders and Key Market Drivers 5. Lead the launch plan of new products in accordance to launch excellence process 6. Generate customer insights and integrate them into overall strategy. 7.Lead and execute events such as conference participation, internal sales annual meets, dealer meets etc 8. Conduct regular field work along with sales team to gather consumer insights and understanding of patient journey to identify the pain points and unmet needs to develop key strategies for product portfolio growth. 9. Analyze and generate insights on category sales performance on a monthly basis Key Decisions Capabilities; Qualifications and Experience Preferably a MBA in marketing Experience in Medical Devices / Critical Care. Expert knowledge of medical device or related industry Knowledge of company and competitor products Effective and creative customer problem solving skills. Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills. The candidate should have at least 4 years of Product Management experience in medical devices/ medical equipment company. Creativity & Innovation in developing marketing Campaigns .Strategic and Analytical thinking Excellent Communication / Networking / Influencing Skills Process oriented & Organized Internal Stakeholder Management Obsession for acquiring Knowledge (Market / Customer / Product / Competition) Market Research and Data Orientation Project Management Skills Show more Show less
