Role Purpose The Product Marketing Associate at Pine Labs will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies that ensure the successful positioning, messaging, and promotion of our Online In-store solutions. You will bridge the gap between product, sales, and marketing, ensuring the product reaches the right audience with the right message. And you will build frameworks to enable us to do this consistently. Responsibilities we entrust you with Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive product awareness and adoption Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives Monitor campaign performance and provide regular stakeholder updates Create compelling marketing content and materials that effectively communicate product value propositions Support product launches and go-to-market strategies Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners What matters in this role Relevant work experience Proven track record in managing successful offline marketing campaigns Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics Experience in conducting and analyzing market research Masters degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities Deep understanding of the fintech/payments landscape Years of experience 2-4 years of product marketing experience, with significant focus on B2C marketing in India What we Value in Our people Yo u take the shot: You Decide Fast and You Deliver Right You are the CEO of what you do: you show ownership and make things happen You own tomorrow: by building solutions for the merchants and doing the right thing You sign your work like an artist: You seek to learn and take pride in the work you do
