Experience: 3–6 years Location: Bengaluru We’re on the lookout for a Product Marketing Manager to join one of our high-growth, Series B portfolio companies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product and marketing, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to shape how products are positioned, launched, and adopted. What You’ll Do Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and features — covering positioning, messaging, personas, and sales enablement. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and a unified GTM execution. Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with target users. Partner with content, brand, and performance marketing teams to run campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and retention. Leverage customer insights, competitor intelligence, and product data to inform marketing and product decisions. Create and manage impactful content and sales assets that enable internal teams and support external communication. We would lean towards candidates who have: 3+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B fintech. Hands-on experience in customer-facing and research-led roles (e.g. user interviews, competitive analysis, GTM planning). Proven ability to simplify technical concepts into user-centric, value-driven messaging. A data-driven mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize marketing impact.
