Job Description

GoKwik is looking for a quick-thinking, vibrant and naturally curious individual to join our Product Team , as a Product Marketer. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing & execution of marketing plans, including key activities and budgets, in tandem with the product and business teams You will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date with new commerce trends and developing an understanding of our product offerings to help more merchants grow on our Platform. While this role would report to Chief Product Officer, It would also have a dotted line reporting to Director - Marketing. you'll spend time on the following: Drive alignment across sales, product management, and Merchant Success functions to build product GTM strategy Develop go-to-market strategy including business goals, definition of target/persona, positioning, messaging, and sales narrative. Work with other marketing teams (Performance marketing, content marketing etc) to make sure the messaging resonates and converts. Partner closely with product management and business leaders on the product roadmap. Design & develop innovative campaigns that drive adoption and awareness. Evangelise products internally and externally to drive adoption and engagement. Work effectively in cross-functional teams to support Executive, Product, Sales, and Marketing groups to edit and create new, unique product marketing content. We re Excited About You If You Have: 3+ years of product marketing experience and experience in a market-facing role (eg delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research) Should have Product Marketing experience in SaaS companies or B2B Fintech segment where tech selling was involved Ability to build up product/service positioning and messaging by translating complex features and attributes to something more consumable. Exceptional ROI tracking skills to understand and track whats working for us in terms of business Experience in working with data and user data-driven insights to shape user behaviour and experience.Should be able to strategize and execute campaigns and link them to the organisational goals Attested experience constructing marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc Some Important Traits - We look out for a Person in this role Ability to deal with ambiguity Ownership - ability to independently take key decisions and deliver strategic business results Excellent communication skills to influence internal/external stakeholders Ability to deliver results under tight timelines
