Job Description Product Marketing Profile Location - Gurugram Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning. Identify key customer pain points and tailor messaging accordingly. Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches and feature updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Marketing) to align strategies and drive successful launches. Create clear, compelling, and differentiated product positioning and messaging tailored to target B2B personas. Develop sales collateral, presentations, white papers, and other content to support the sales cycle. Work with internal and external teams to create case studies, blogs, email campaigns, and webinars that highlight product value. Craft product-related content that resonates with decision-makers and influencers. Monitor and analyze the success of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing within a B2B environment. Proven ability to manage product launches and create go-to-market strategies. Strong understanding of B2B customer needs and market dynamics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft impactful messaging. Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and results. Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
