Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Product Owner with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic product team. You will be responsible for translating high-level product strategies into actionable tasks, owning the product backlog, and working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define product requirements. Conduct market and competitor research to understand industry trends, user needs, and potential feature gaps. Translate market insights into actionable product features and enhancements. Own and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog. Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria. Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Act as the voice of the customer in the development process. Work closely with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality features on time. Align product features with business objectives and ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with QA to ensure thorough testing and validation of new features. Assist in go-to-market planning and internal training before product launches. Required Skills & Qualifications : 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a tech-driven environment. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
