Product Owner

Job Description

* Experience in Agile Product management * Knowledge of Capital Markets is preferred, specifically in the areas of Broker / Dealer and Trade Reconciliation * Should be good in product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product backlog and customer requirements * Detailed interrogation of client needs * Should be good at defining the Product vision, and working closely with engineering, design teams to ensure that product goals are met * Identifying, developing, and supporting business process change * Product Owner will be working closely with a highly knowledgeable team, helping them analyze the needs and translating those needs into user stories and requirements for the dev team to realize * BA will be adept at identifying edge-cases, error conditions, dependencies and impacts to other areas of the by developing a deep understanding of the current functionality and anticipate positive and negative impacts to other areas of the organization * Basic knowledge of UI UX designs * Should be good at Technical and Business writing, creating user stories, acceptance criteria, use case diagram, flow charts, process flow etc * Good understanding of Functional as well as Non-Functional product requirements Ability to work cohesively with cross functional teams includes developers, testing, client delivery team * Hands on experience on JIRA tool, Confluence Skills Required: * Good knowledge and understanding on BFSI with capital market domain * Experience on Jira board and Agile and SCRUM, planning * Knowledge on release planning at least at the product level * Excellent communication Skills
