We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, likes to be challenged, and values the opportunity to make a difference Roles & Responsibilities: Defines Product features according to Product vision, roadmap, and strategy Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop, and manage implementation schedules and project budgets. Driving product initiatives and gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth Provide techno-functional leadership and Plan and execute product roadmap Participate in all areas of the SDLC, including but not limited to~ feature design activities, user experience prototyping, user acceptance testing, documentation, training, and sales support Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements Creating a product road map based on the vision. Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements Engage with users and customers to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements. Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism. Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective. Required Skills: 14+ years of overall Product experience delivering products & working with clients in a SaaS environment. 10+ years of Scrum experience as a Product Owner or other Scrum team role. Rich experience in product ownership, delivering successful products/services - Compliance Business unit Sound understanding of technology and of software development methodologies especially as relating to developing custom products for customers Experience of market research, competitive analysis, defining customer value and value proposition of product Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record in managing complex stakeholder programs Demonstrated organizational, planning, and analytical skills, including project scheduling, estimating, risk identification, and change management Develops and utilizes data, analytics, and metrics to identify risks and to measure and improve program execution and maturity. Broad range of technology interests across different disciplines including computer and system architecture, web applications, scalability, performance analysis, fault tolerance, cloud infrastructure, security, compliance, distributed systems design, and integration. Additional areas of interest include process improvement, agile methodologies, and business case development.
