Job Description

Responsibilities Manage merchant accounts during integration and onboarding. Collaborate with product and tech teams to understand product workflows. Participate in meetings with merchants to gather technical and business requirements. Understand merchant systems and suggest suitable integration solutions. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues effectively. Own and follow through on issues reported by merchants until fully resolved. Ask targeted questions to quickly identify the root cause of problems. Analyze and resolve technical issues related to merchant integration. Automate recurring integration tasks and processes to improve efficiency. Requirements Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, or Mac OS systems. Proficient in Python and SQL. Basic knowledge of any programming language (e.g., PHP, Java, ASP.NET ) and platforms (Android, iOS). Ability to identify and fix basic technical issues with clear step-by-step guidance.
