Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Pune region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of biotech/pharma industry needs and a passion for building client relationships and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:  Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries.  Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers and technical teams.  Promote and sell our range of chromatography and biotechnology products.  Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.  Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.  Provide market insights and feedback to the product and strategy teams.  Collaborate with internal teams for order execution and customer support. Requirements:  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field.  2–4 years of sales experience in the pharma/biopharma or life sciences sector.  Adequate knowledge of chromatography and biotech lab products.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.  Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
