Job Description Position: Product Specialist (IFPD & UC Solutions) Department: Product Management & Presales Reporting To: Product Manager Location: Greater Noida Role Overview: The Product Champion (IFPD & UC) plays a pivotal role in driving product success by combining technical expertise, market insights, and customer engagement. This role is responsible for evangelizing, positioning, and enhancing the adoption of Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPDs) and Unified Communication (UC) solutions across different verticals. The ideal candidate will act as the go-to expert for product capabilities, training, presales support, and strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Product Expertise & Evangelism Develop a deep understanding of IFPD & UC technologies, their applications, and competitive differentiation. Act as the product spokesperson, conducting demos, webinars, and technical presentations for customers, partners, and internal teams. Build compelling use cases and solution narratives tailored to education, enterprise, and government sectors. Presales & Technical Support Collaborate with the sales and presales teams to provide technical guidance, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution recommendations. Assist in crafting RFP/RFQ responses, competitive analysis reports, and solution presentations. Partner with customers to ensure smooth product deployment, troubleshooting, and user training. Market Intelligence & Product Development Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the IFPD & UC landscape. Work closely with the R&D and Product Management teams to provide feedback for product enhancements and feature improvements. Stay updated on emerging technologies in interactive displays, video conferencing, and hybrid collaboration solutions. Partner & Customer Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, enterprise customers, and educational institutions. Conduct partner enablement programs and technical workshops to drive product adoption. Engage with key stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose customized IFPD & UC solutions. Training & Knowledge Sharing Develop training modules, user guides, and FAQs to educate internal teams, customers, and partners. Conduct periodic knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team proficiency in IFPD & UC technologies. Key Skills & Competencies: Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IFPD technology, AV solutions, video conferencing, and UC platforms. Presentation & Communication: Ability to deliver compelling product demos and training sessions. Presales & Solution Consulting: Experience in technical consulting, proposal writing, and customer engagement. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align product positioning with market needs and business goals. Customer-Centric Approach: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with interactive display solutions, hybrid collaboration tools, and AV technology. Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to work with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, marketing, and presales). Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field. Experience: 0-3 years in Product Management, Presales, or Solution Consulting, preferably in the AV/IFPD/UC industry. Industry Preference: Experience in Interactive Displays, AV Solutions, EdTech, UC & Hybrid Collaboration solutions.
