Job Title: Product Specialist Work Location: Bangalore (Banaswadi) Environment : WFO Minimum Qualification: BCA, BE, BTech, MTech Experience: 1+years Job Description: This is the combined position for the Customer Support and Pre-Sales Representative by answering questions, providing product information, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role bridges the gap between pre and post-sales processes, working closely with sales and support teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Role and Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and complaints. Conduct quality checks on resolved tickets for accuracy and adherence to protocols. Collaborate with the sales team to deliver technical demonstrations. Perform testing on pre-release products to ensure readiness for client presentations. Gather client requirements and feedback for future enhancements. Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers. Test support tools and processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Document issues and recommend solutions to improve product performance. Conduct testing of software or hardware products. Act as a liaison between QA and customer support teams for defect resolutions. Collect end-user feedback for post-release testing improvements. Respond to customer inquiries about product functionality. Work with the presales team to ensure demo environments meet quality standards. Provide technical documentation support for customer use. Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality service delivery. Analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement in product or service quality. Collaborate with Product teams (Engg team) to address recurring issues. Offer product support to end-users. Coordinate with (Engg team) teams to escalate and resolve product defects. Maintain documentation of known issues and their resolutions. Assist in presales activities like POCs and customer requirement analysis. Perform quality checks on solutions delivered to customers. Provide technical expertise to support teams during escalations. Conduct thorough testing of products. Use customer feedback to identify areas for additional testing. Work with presales and support teams to ensure test results align with customer expectations. Required Skills: Technical Skills: Good knowledge of I IS Server and MSSQL for troublesho oting and support on the Windows platform. Fair understanding of programming languages and concepts (no coding required but must be able to communicate basic technical solutions). Basi c troubleshooting experience with software running on Windows. Understanding of basic networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, routing, and troubleshooting common network-related issues. A basic understanding of software testing principles, including identifying and resolving bugs or performance issues. Familiarity with the basics of AI, particularly how AI features integrate into software applications.
