If you’re looking to lead impactful work—and have fun while doing it—you’ll fit right in. We’re looking for a Production Associate to help keep shoots, teams, and schedules running smoothly. You’ll handle coordination, manage entourages, and jump in wherever needed to keep things on track. The Role You’ll be the go-to person for all things coordination in pre production and on set—managing entourages, handling internal ops, vendor payments and generally making sure chaos stays far, far away. No two days will look the same, and you’ll be expected to roll with it, step up where needed, and help the team bring big ideas to life. What you’ll do Support producers in planning, coordinating, and executing shoots, campaigns, and events Handle vendor bookings, permissions, equipment logistics, and vendor coordination Prepare and maintain production documents like contracts, trackers and credit lists Assist during shoot days—on set or on site—handling crew coordination, setups, and breakdowns Liaise with internal teams (creative, post, accounts) to ensure seamless execution Manage timelines and help maintain production budgets with precision Assist with in house casting when required Who we’re looking for You’re detail-obsessed, proactive, and thrive on making sure things happen smoothly behind the scenes. You love checklists, follow-ups, and making sense of madness. You’ve been part of production teams before—whether on set, at events, or in a content studio—and you understand how to get things done, even under pressure. You’re a team player, a clear communicator, and someone who’s just as happy getting their hands dirty as they are managing spreadsheets. 6 months – 1 year of experience in production (agency, film, content, or events) Strong organizational and multitasking skills A calm head and a can-do attitude, especially under tight timelines Basic understanding of production stages: pre, on-ground, and post Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, docs, and production trackers Bonus: An eye for detail and a sense of humor—both go a long way here Sounds Like You?
