Manage call sheets, production reports, and other essential documentation. Liaise between the production office, set, and various departments to ensure smooth workflow. Assist in securing locations, permits, equipment rentals. Monitor production budgets and track expenses in collaboration with the production manager. Oversee the transportation and accommodation logistics for cast and crew. Suggesting creative strategies on the basis of your knowledge. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations on set. Troubleshoot logistical issues that arise during pre-production, shooting, or post-production. Maintain inventory of production supplies and manage procurement when needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or in a similar production role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with MS Office. Familiarity with film, TV, or commercial production workflows. Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances. Availability to travel to shoot locations as required.
