Job Description

Should be able to handle the below job responsibilities seamlessly: To check drawings To check BOM as per the drawings To prepare indent of material, as per approved BOM& check availability with the store To ensure proper flow of production with respect to drawings and check resources To carry out stage-wise inspection of the jobas per internal QC and approved QAP Make necessary arrangements for dispatch of the job Ensuring proper housekeeping & safe working environment on the shop floor Should be able to achieve the production targets Co-ordinate with third party inspection Handle the contractor teams to achieve production dispatch on or before the desireddate & time Should have knowledge of welding and weld consumables List of equipments to be handled: - API storage tanks, columns, pressure vessel, heat exchangers, reactors (agitated) etc. Should have knowledge of construction material for all equipment's Should have knowledge of ASME U stamp procedures to execute the job on the shop floor Should have knowledge of plate layout preparation in Autocad To prepare & achieve production plans flowcharts
