Production Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities: Understand and analyze electronic components and their functionality within the manufacturing process. Conduct thorough electronic card fault diagnostics, identify issues, and implement effective remedial actions. Utilize simulated test jigs to execute comprehensive testing of electronic cards, ensuring compliance with quality and accuracy standards. Collaborate with design and production teams to streamline manufacturing processes and improve product reliability. Document test results, analyze data, and report findings to senior management for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain test protocols and procedures to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices in electronics testing and diagnostics. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in electronics manufacturing to drive innovation within the team. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in electronics manufacturing or production engineering roles. Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuit design, and fault diagnostics. Proficiency in using testing equipment and tools, including simulated test jigs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical data and reports. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate within a team environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with industry standards and quality assurance processes. Certification in electronics or related fields is a plus.
