Job Description

Role & responsibilities Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Develop and optimize workflows, layouts, and production schedules. Reduce production costs without compromising quality. Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of production equipment. Work with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and repair machinery breakdowns. Recommend upgrades or new technologies to enhance production. Monitor production to ensure products meet quality standards. Identify defects and implement corrective actions. Work closely with the quality assurance team to maintain compliance with industry Implement automation and smart manufacturing technologies. Stay updated with industry trends and suggest innovative improvements. Lead initiatives for process innovation and digital transformation.
