Job Description- Industrial Engineer (Winding) Position Name: Industrial Engineer (Winding) Experience Range: 4 Years or More in Power Transformer Winding Manufacturing (>220kV Product) Education Qualification : B.E. Mechanical/Electrical Industry : Power Transformer Location : Vadodara Reporting to : IE - HOD Salary Range - As per Company Salary Standard Work Experience : Job Responsibilities: Know the manufacturing process of Winding and Winding Assembly. Make standard operating procedures (SOP) for the manufacturing process starting from winding to winding assembly. Monitoring and giving training based on product and process requirements. Prepare technical specifications of tools & equipment requirements of manufacturing. Measure and define time standards for all the manufacturing activity by using work measurement-related techniques. Process/ method optimization of various operation processes using resources like machines, space labor, energy, etc. Have a good command of MS Office and can make reports in Word, Excel, and PPT formats. Computer proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation ), if have MOST, Auto CAD-2D,3D then the additional advantage
