Job Title: Line Operator – Battery Assembly Company: Vivitron Energy Pvt Ltd Location: 2nd Stage, 8th Main Road, Peenya, Banglore Job Type: Full-time Experience: Fresher / Experienced (0–3 years) Department: Production & Manufacturing Job Summary:We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Line Operators to join our lithium battery production team at Vivitron Energy Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner and a team player, capable of working on battery assembly lines and supporting production targets. Both freshers and experienced individuals are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities:Operate machines and tools required for lithium battery pack assembly Handle battery cells, BMS, wiring, spot welding, and insulation work Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines Perform basic quality checks on assembled units Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation Report any defects or issues to the supervisor immediately Record production data and maintain logs as required Support team members in achieving daily production goals Required Qualifications:Minimum 10th pass / ITI / Diploma (preferred) Technical skills or prior experience in battery/assembly line work is an advantage Willingness to learn and follow instructions Physically fit and able to stand for long periods Basic knowledge of tools and electrical safety is a plus What We Offer:On-the-job training for freshers Growth opportunities in the lithium battery manufacturing sector Safe and supportive work environment Performance-based incentives Working Hours:Monday to Saturday
