Opportunity with Nandan Impex Pvt Ltd a Nandan Group Company for Adblue (Diesel Exhaust Fluid - DEF) business as a Production Executive ( Blow Machine ) who will be based in our plant at Silvassa Achieving rating production by proper utilization of Man, Machine, Material. Handle any Blow & Injection Molding Machines like (Meper, CMP) Manpower handle & Daily Review of production, Rejection & Downtime. To responsible for daily basis production plan activity and give max. Achievement. Mold changing & Mold trial within specified time as per system of procedure Supervise on line quality assurance and performance Conduct quality checks and implement corrective action as necessary Focus on improving overall quality, cycle times and reduce online rejection Supervise and maintain a stable process and product quality goals Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of capability for machine, auxiliary equipment (leak testers, flamers, sleeving machine, etc.) Ensure Safety and uality assurance at shop floor 5S, TQM & Housekeeping at shop floor Maintain Line clearance & Job change report Issue of Raw material as per production requirements Maintain report regarding Cycle time. Maintain hourly Machine wise production analysis report. Daily Production Report ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : Should have 02 of relevant experience in Production in a Plastic industry /Or Blow Molding experience / OR Fresher in Diploma/B.Tech. in Plastic Should be a Diploma/B.Tech. in Plastic
