Key Responsibilities: Production Planning and Coordination Develop and implement detailed production plans in collaboration with merchandisers to meet customer demands and deadlines. Ensure that all production activities align with company goals and quality standards. Create and manage production schedules, including timelines for raw material procurement and finished goods delivery. Raw Material Management Oversee the procurement and inventory management of raw materials to ensure timely availability for production. Monitor raw material usage and stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory to avoid shortages or overstock situations. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of raw materials. Process Management and Improvement Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities to maintain high operational standards. Leadership and Team Management Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team to achieve production targets andmaintain high levels of performance. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. Follow-ups and Communication: Maintain continuous communication with merchandisers, suppliers, and production team members to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
