Core Responsibility 1 : Review of Plan vs Actual production & Dispatch including cumulative production, Review of action & implementation for improvement in IN process quality, Reviewing MIS in morning meeting Core Responsibility 2: Review of customer end NCs & customer rejection analysis, Review of Quantity & Quality of Direct on line (DOL) BOP Parts Core Responsibility 3: Cost Monitoring of Consumables/ Manpower, Review of spare management & Preventive maintenance of Paint Shop, Review of projects on improvement of operational efficiency Core Responsibility 4: Review of 5S, Safety , Kaizen, Review & upgradation of system & Risk Management, Weekly MIS, Monthly MIS, Consumable change approval system Core Responsibility 5: Ensuring SAP activity through in production module, Monthly counselling session with Worker & Associates, Upgradation & enhance the skill of Section Heads Functional Competencies: Manufacturing Process & Defect - POKA YOKE - Low Cost Automation - Weld / Paint / Die, Production Enhancement By Reduction of Rework / Rejection - Press/ Weld/ Paint, Die Manufacturing and its technique / SMED, OLE / OEE, Defect & Its Remedies - Press/Weld/Paint, Manufacturing Process & Its Type-Press/ Weld/ Paint.
