Job Description

 To increase productivity in all machines by proper planning of ‘4M” Man, Machine, Material & Method and to get better output without effecting the quality of the products.  Planning of day-to-day production to achieve maximum production.  Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.  Daily Review of shop floor, Material & Process Planning.  Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.  Daily Review of Troubleshooting and technical problems in Development Line. SR ENGG FABRICTION & WELDING Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement through kaizen activities to reduce rework & implementation.  System development & its implementation.  Optimum resources utilization, time and motion study to reduce the cycle time of process by eliminating the MUDA/ waste activities in the process.  Implementation of “5S” system in shop floor.  Development of operator through multi skill.  Imparting continuous on-job training related to 5S, 3M & motivation to the work force to enhance their operational efficiencies adhering to a high level of quality & safety consciousness, housekeeping & discipline amongst workers.
