Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is essential for effective communication. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed quality inspections at factories. Ensure adherence to design specifications and production timelines. Push production to meet deadlines. Identify and rectify quality issues proactively. Maintain strong coordination between vendors and internal teams Strong eye for style details and garment construction. Ability to handle production pressure and meet targets. Must own a bike for commuting.
