Ltd. , Food Park, Budhjungnagar Industrial Area, Agartala, West Tripura, India Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2 (Two) years, preferably in agriculture/food production Reports To: Managing Director ________________________________________ Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Manager to oversee and optimize our agricultural production processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agricultural operations, supply chain management, and production planning. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient production, quality control, and team leadership to drive business success. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities Manage the entire production cycle, from raw material procurement to final product delivery Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to meet industry standards Optimize production efficiency and reduce operational costs Supervise and train production staff, ensuring a safe and productive work environment Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and sales teams for smooth operations Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chains Prepare and present production reports to senior management ________________________________________ Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Production Management, or related field Proven experience in production management within the Agro industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of modern agricultural machinery, technologies, and sustainable practices Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office ________________________________________ Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Professional development opportunities
