The company boasts an impressive portfolio, having completed over 200 projects domestically and internationally, with an annual production capacity set to increase to 30,000 MT per annum. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes, ensuring that goods are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing the production team, monitoring production schedules, maintaining quality control, implementing safety protocols, and optimizing workflow processes to maximize efficiency. Qualifications Strong knowledge of production management and process optimizationExperience in managing manufacturing operations and coordinating production activitiesProficiency in quality control and safety management protocolsExcellent leadership and team management skillsEffective communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in VadodaraDegree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field is preferableExperience in the steel or construction industry is a plus
