Job Title : Production Manager – Metal Fabrication & Civil Location : Aishbagh, Lucknow Employment Type : Full-Time | On-Site Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred Work Schedule : 6 Days a Week Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed) + Overtime + Allowances About the Company Caesculpt is a design and manufacturing studio focused on redefining public spaces through premium metal sculptures, architectural lighting, and custom-built urban furniture. Our work blends creative design with precision engineering to deliver landmark installations that shape cities and communities. Key Responsibilities * Supervise day-to-day production activities at the fabrication unit and installation sites * Coordinate with design, fabrication, and civil execution teams to meet project deadlines * Manage manpower, material flow, and equipment usage efficiently * Maintain quality control standards across all stages of production and installation * Ensure safety protocols and compliance with technical specifications * Track production schedules, labor deployment, and on-site logistics * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for internal review and client updates Candidate Requirements * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in metal fabrication or civil project execution * Strong understanding of sheet metal work, welding processes, and fabrication machinery * Ability to manage teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments * Willingness to work from the Aishbagh (Lucknow) location * Immediate availability is highly preferred Preferred Qualifications * Experience in public installations, architectural fabrication, or similar project environments * Exposure to client-side coordination and problem-solving on live sites Benefits * Opportunity to work on high-visibility, creative public infrastructure projects * Exposure to interdisciplinary collaboration with designers, engineers, and architects * Fixed monthly salary with overtime pay and applicable allowances * Growth potential into senior production or project management role Show more Show less
