Role & responsibilities Coordinate with other managers to understand requirements. Organizing workflow and planning resources to meet specifications and deadlines. Determine the number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) Prepare Bill of material, manage stock, procure raw material, estimating costs and preparing budgets. Monitor production to resolve issues Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (store manager, quality inspectors, workers etc.) Ensure output meets quality standards and deadlines. Enforce health and safety precautions Report to upper management Preferred candidate profile • B.Tech/Diploma or Equivalent degree in electronics/electrical. • Experience: Minimum 2 year. • Advanced Excel knowledge • Basic knowledge of English. • Self-motivated and ability to lead
