Key responsibility areas: Develops and oversees project plans, monitoring progress to ensure objectives are met. Prepares and analyzes operational reports on division performance and keeps the immediate superior informed at all times. Ensures operational management aligns with client specifications and quality requirements, delivering outcomes in a timely, cost-effective, and efficient manner. Prepares production plans based on defined objectives and project goals provided by the immediate superior and submits them for approval. Manages attrition and adherence within the department by supporting the leadership team with guidance and solutions to minimize turnover and maintain stability. Ensures team productivity and timely delivery of targets through account managers while maintaining high-quality work standards. Enhances operational management systems, processes, and best practices to promote organizational well-being and efficiency. Leads process transitions, mitigates risks, introduces new tools, and drives continuous improvement in project planning and execution. Oversees efforts to refine and improve processes, systems, and procedures to boost productivity, efficiency, quality, and profitability. Implement initiatives to optimize resource performance. Conducts quality control and monitors production KPIs to ensure performance standards are met.
