We are looking candidate for Technical Associate Manufacturing (Panel) Location: Chiplun. Job Title: Technical Associate-Manufacturing-Panel Department: Process Reporting to: Associate Manager-Manufacturing Location: Chiplun Job Purpose To ensure production of Intermediate Plant with specified quantity & quality by achieving targeted efficiency norms. Role and Responsibilities Operational: Maintain Temperature and Vacuum Parameters in reactors Monitor the stock of raw materials through DCS Updating BMR on basis of DCS Follow the process according to the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Ensure 100% safety to achieve zero Breakdown Communicate with the field officers regarding changes Report any near miss /incident or any non-compliance To participate in Root Cause Analysis of Various safety and process safety incidents, Monitor and ensure implementation of CAPA (Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions) To Support Various Process safety and Responsible Care Initiatives Responsible to complete any other assignment given by the seniors Required Knowledge (of any equipment / Tools and techniques / Software) DCS QESH Education & Experience Education Essential: BE/BTECH Chemical Preferred: BE/BTECH Chemical Experience Essential: 2. To 2.6 yrs Preferred: Experience in Handling DCS. Continuous process experience.
