This role is considered to be approx. 60% to 75% of a full position and 100% during production palnning and execution, ensure projects delivery lead time are reviewing time to time of the projects and update project shortages and need to take control over on time receipt of parts to assmbly team and ensure . Job summary Controlling and monitoring of materials consumption as per project wise BOM. Monitoring and controlling of Labour hours Essential responsibilities and tasks Creating production orders and Barcodes as per sub-assemblies. Generating shortage list everyday morning to know the shortage materials for each machine. During Bar code generation standard hours to be provide for each assembly. Laboure hrs. to be monitored as per plan, every day. Production orders to be close as per BOMs. If any excess materials are left out after power source assembly complete, need to be return to inventory within 3 working days. If any material clearance issue between the main store and production needs to be coordinated closely and get the materials on time for machine assemblies. Before starting any sub assembly material status to be checked, if the materials not received need to coordinate with purchase team for non-receipt items. Power source check list collection and filling in the project folder Update ISO documentations. Authority: Creating and consumption of each production orders. Indents of C class items and piping materials. Interaction: Complete organization, Measurable targets Productivity & Efficiency. Project cost overrun. On time delivery Dept. KPI. Knowledge and skills Production planning Capacity calculations Production order creation and closing in ERP Laboure hrs. analysis for each project leadership and teamwork . Education/work experience Education: Diploma Electrical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 year in production planning. Specific considerations Good knowledge about computer operation. Production team managing skill. Communication skill local language and English.
