The role involves supervising the testing, assembling, and quality assurance processes for lithium battery packs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Material and Cell Testing: Monitor Inward and Outward QC of Raw materials and finished goods. Supervise random cell testing methods, including IR testing and grade testing. Check the physical condition of the cells before production. 2. Battery Pack Preparation: Oversee the charging and discharging cycle of cells before production. Monitor the IR value of cells to ensure they meet production standards. Calculate and prepare the battery pack for assembly. Obtain required cells from the store and arrange them for battery pack preparation. 3. Assembly and Connection: Supervise the completion of all electrical and mechanical connections in the battery pack. Ensure proper fixing of Battery Management System (BMS). Oversee insulation packing and final battery box assembly. 4. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all battery packs meet quality control standards. Conduct capacity checks on battery packs before finalization. Implement and maintain safety protocols for handling lithium batteries 5. Production Efficiency: Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and minimize waste. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely production. Maintain detailed production records and reports. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related Engineering field. 5+ years of experience in Lithium Battery Manufacturing. Strong knowledge of lithium battery technology and production processes. Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of safety regulations related to battery production. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
